This subject is another from the big storm and its aftermath. These birds were sitting on everyone; cows, calves and horses, that next morning when the sun popped out. It was around zero degrees.
I was experimenting on this one and I really pushed that flat stylized look. I love the colors. Anyway, I want to do some more with these birds. I really think its an unusual occurrence. One worthy of painting several times.
