While in Wisconsin, one of my favorite stops has always been my brother-in-law Mark's apple orchard, called Shining Moon Orchard. This painting is of a variety called Paula Reds. We brought a bushel home with us from vacation and this week my daughter and I will be making homemade apple pies and apple sauce....yummm!
